Refund/Return policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy for Domestic Orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at our dedicated whatsapp number 9785833078. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange for a pickup. If Items are sent back to us without first requesting, it will not be accepted.

Returns

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the goods reach us we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again.

Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded.

We do not entertain returns or exchanges for international orders.

Store Credits

Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately notify you and offer you store credits in the form of a voucher. The unique voucher can used against future purchases at www.sanwariyafabrics.com anytime.
